協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理建立并維護(hù)與客戶、顧問(wèn)及其他關(guān)鍵相關(guān)方的良好合作關(guān)系；Assist Project Manager on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders;

參與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的績(jī)效評(píng)估，并提供建設(shè)性反饋；Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
指導(dǎo)并帶領(lǐng)初級(jí)建筑師，確保設(shè)計(jì)符合相關(guān)建筑規(guī)范、法規(guī)及最佳效果；Lead and mentor junior architects to ensure that design comply with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices;
指導(dǎo)并帶領(lǐng)初級(jí)建筑師使用 AutoCAD、Revit 等軟件完成建筑圖紙、效果圖及模型的制作；Lead and mentor junior architect to prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.;
參與來(lái)自鹿特丹總部的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審，并就設(shè)計(jì)方案及優(yōu)化方向提出專業(yè)意見(jiàn)；Participate in design reviews from Rotterdam and provide input on design solutions and improvements;
帶領(lǐng)初級(jí)建筑師編制并管理項(xiàng)目相關(guān)文件，包括圖紙、技術(shù)說(shuō)明及報(bào)告等；Lead junior architects to prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specification, and reports;
確保所有項(xiàng)目文件的準(zhǔn)確性，并符合項(xiàng)目要求及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；Lead junior architects to ensure that all documentation is accurate and adheres to project requirements and industry standards;
指導(dǎo)初級(jí)建筑師準(zhǔn)備客戶會(huì)議及項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)/匯報(bào)所需的材料；Lead junior architects to prepare for the presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals;
協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理與工程師、顧問(wèn)及其他專業(yè)顧問(wèn)的協(xié)調(diào)工作，確保設(shè)計(jì)與施工各環(huán)節(jié)的順利銜接；Assist Project Manager on coordinating with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of design and construction elements;
協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、預(yù)算及資源管理，并及時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題或變更；Assist project Manager on managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues or changes that arise;
根據(jù)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模及復(fù)雜程度，獨(dú)立或配合項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘與檢查，監(jiān)控施工進(jìn)度，確保施工符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。Conduct site visits and inspections independently/with PM (depending on size and complexity to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
職位要求Requirements
建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷；Master's degree in architecture or a related field;
具備扎實(shí)的技術(shù)背景、知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備豐富的專業(yè)人才；Developing professional with a broad range of knowledge in technical design;
約 5–8 年建筑設(shè)計(jì)及項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有國(guó)際建筑事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；Approximately 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in an international architecture firm;
英語(yǔ)流利，普通話能力為加分項(xiàng)；Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset;
熟練掌握相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件及工具，涵蓋二維與三維設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用，包括Rhino、BIM 等；Proficient in relevant software applications, including both 2D&3D design tools including Rhino, BIM;
