JTL Gatlin was founded in 2017 and headquartered in Chongqing, the company has always adhered to the "small yet refined" business philosophy. 1. 8-10年景觀設計經(jīng)驗，國內(nèi)本科及研究生以上學歷或海外名校留學背景，擁有國際知名設計機構工作背景優(yōu)先，熟悉中國設計環(huán)境，負責完成過高端居住區(qū)、商業(yè)綜合體、公共空間等大、中型項目的經(jīng)驗；
2. 方案構思能力優(yōu)秀，創(chuàng)意新穎，思維敏捷，審美能力卓越，具有較強的專業(yè)敏感性和創(chuàng)作思想；
3. 具有較強的方案突擊能力與良好的把控力，能同時協(xié)調(diào)2-3個項目同時進行，合理安排并領導組員工作；
4. 能夠在專業(yè)技術會議或討論中清晰、準確、有效地表述專業(yè)問題和解決方法，具備良好的與業(yè)主、公司成員間的溝通能力；

1. 8-10 years of landscape design experience, domestic education with an undergraduate or above degree, overseas famous university study background; internationally well-known design institutions working experience is preferred; familiar with Chinese design environment, was responsible for completing large and medium-sized projects such as high-end residential areas, commercial complexes and public spaces.
2. Excellent project design ability, novel creativity, quick thinking, excellent aesthetic ability, strong professional sensitivity, and creative thinking;
3. Have strong program control ability; able to coordinate 2-3 projects at the same time; arrange and lead the team members reasonably;
4. Be able to express professional problems and solutions clearly, accurately and effectively in professional technical meetings or discussions, and have good communication skills with clients and company members;

Ⅳ.視覺平面設計師-廣告宣傳類 1名 Visual Graphic Designer Advertising & Promotion 1 Vacancy （工作地點 重慶 Work Location Chongqing）
崗位職責：
1. 負責公司各類宣傳資料的平面設計工作，包括但不限于海報、傳單、宣傳冊、等。需要根據(jù)公司的營銷目標和活動主題，進行創(chuàng)意構思和設計，確保設計作品能夠準確傳達公司的品牌形象和產(chǎn)品信息。
2. 參與公司網(wǎng)站、社交媒體平臺等線上渠道的頁面設計和優(yōu)化。設計適合不同平臺展示的圖片、視頻封面等內(nèi)容，提升公司在網(wǎng)絡上的品牌影響力。
3. 定期收集行業(yè)內(nèi)的設計趨勢和優(yōu)秀案例，為公司的設計工作提供靈感和參考。關注國內(nèi)外設計行業(yè)的動態(tài)，學習先進的設計理念和技術，將其運用到公司的設計項目中。
4. 負責設計項目的進度管理，確保項目按時交付。制定詳細的設計工作計劃，合理安排設計時間和資源，及時跟進項目進展情況，解決項目中出現(xiàn)的問題。
5. 整理和歸檔設計項目的相關資料，包括設計稿、源文件、設計說明等。建立完善的設計資料管理系統(tǒng)，方便后續(xù)的查詢和使用。
任職要求：
1. 具有一年以上平面設計工作經(jīng)驗，有成功的設計案例和作品。通過實際工作經(jīng)驗的積累，能夠更好地應對各種設計項目的挑戰(zhàn)，提高設計水平和解決問題的能力。
2. 熟練掌握至少一種平面設計軟件，如 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign 等。能夠運用這些軟件進行圖像編輯、圖形繪制、排版設計等工作。
