We are looking for a Creative Design Architect with a passion for blending art, culture, science and architecture into fresh, meaningful concepts. 您的工作職責(zé)將涵蓋以下內(nèi)容：
- 在國際建筑競賽項目中，主導(dǎo)或作為核心成員參與從概念設(shè)計到成果提交的全過程。
- 結(jié)合公司理念與競賽具體要求，提出具有創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計方案和概念。
- 通過深入的調(diào)研與分析為設(shè)計決策提供依據(jù)，并確保方案符合競賽規(guī)范與要求。
- 與跨專業(yè)團隊（包括設(shè)計師、工程師、項目經(jīng)理等）緊密協(xié)作，共同優(yōu)化和完善方案。
- 獨立完成概念設(shè)計階段建筑圖紙、效果圖、模型及其他匯報材料的制作。
- 向內(nèi)部及外部相關(guān)方（包括客戶、評審團隊及公司管理層）清晰呈現(xiàn)設(shè)計理念與方案。
- 持續(xù)關(guān)注建筑領(lǐng)域的前沿趨勢、技術(shù)發(fā)展與行業(yè)最佳實踐。
Your work scope will cover the following
? Lead or contribute as a key role in architectural design projects for international competitions from concept to submission.
? Develop innovative design concepts that align with the company^s vision and the specific requirements of each competition.
? Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with competition guidelines.
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to refine and enhance design proposals.
? Prepare detailed architectural drawings, renderings, models, and other presentation materials.
? Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, juries, and senior management.
? Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
您應(yīng)具備：
- 國內(nèi)外可認(rèn)證院校的建筑學(xué)學(xué)士或碩士學(xué)位。
- 相關(guān)專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，具備競賽項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- 能夠展現(xiàn)卓越設(shè)計能力與成功競賽作品的優(yōu)秀作品集。
- 熟練掌握Rhino、Grasshopper、Enscape、Adobe Creative Suite、AutoCAD等建筑設(shè)計軟件。
- 出色的視覺表達與語言溝通能力。
- 能夠在快節(jié)奏、高強度的截止日期驅(qū)動環(huán)境中高效工作。
- 突出的解決問題能力與細(xì)節(jié)把控意識。
- 具備流利的英語溝通能力。
You bring along
? Bachelor^s or Master^s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
? Professional experience, with a focus on competition work preferred.
? Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and successful competition entries.
? Proficiency in architectural design software such as Rhino, Grass Hopper, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD.
? Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Fluency in English is required.
