建筑學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科三年級以上或研究生在讀，有實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (third year or above) or a Master’s program in Architecture or a related field; prior internship experience is preferred;
能夠熟練使用Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator 及 InDesign 等平面設(shè)計(jì)及編輯軟件；Proficient in graphic design and layout software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
擁有較強(qiáng)方案設(shè)計(jì)和造型能力，熟練使用Rhino+grasshopper建模，熟練使用CAD，擅長渲染、參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)先；Demonstrates strong conceptual and form-finding skills; proficient in Rhino + Grasshopper and AutoCAD. Experience in rendering and parametric design will be considered an advantage;
擁有BIM經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練使用Revit優(yōu)先；Familiarity with BIM processes is preferred; proficiency in Revit is a plus.
擁有流利的普通話和英文水平，適應(yīng)中英文雙語的工作環(huán)境；Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment;
具有可持續(xù)性設(shè)計(jì)能力優(yōu)先，能夠使用相關(guān)軟件進(jìn)行性能驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)分析；Knowledge or experience in sustainable design, including performance-based design analysis using related software, will be regarded favorably.
具備良好的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和建筑素養(yǎng)，善于溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，對建筑及城市學(xué)課題研究等工作內(nèi)容有興趣和熱情。Possesses a solid architectural foundation, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and a genuine interest in architecture, urban design, and research-oriented work.
實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間：Working time 一周到崗時(shí)間至少為4天，實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間不少于6個(gè)月，可隨時(shí)到崗為佳。Minimum of 4 days per week, for a period of at least 6 months.
